Blueberry Muffins: A Breakfast Favorite
Start your day with a batch of homemade Blueberry Muffins. These muffins are bursting with fresh blueberries and have a tender, moist crumb.
Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1/3 cup vegetable oil
- 1 large egg
- 1/3 cup milk
- 1 cup fresh blueberries
Instructions:
- Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a muffin tin with paper liners.
- Mix Dry Ingredients: In a bowl, combine flour, sugar, salt, and baking powder.
- Mix Wet Ingredients: In another bowl, whisk together the vegetable oil, egg, and milk.
