Blueberry Muffins: A Breakfast Favorite



Start your day with a batch of homemade Blueberry Muffins. These muffins are bursting with fresh blueberries and have a tender, moist crumb.

Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/3 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 large egg
  • 1/3 cup milk
  • 1 cup fresh blueberries

Instructions:

  1. Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a muffin tin with paper liners.
  2. Mix Dry Ingredients: In a bowl, combine flour, sugar, salt, and baking powder.
  3. Mix Wet Ingredients: In another bowl, whisk together the vegetable oil, egg, and milk.
  4. Combine: Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and stir until just combined. Fold in the blueberries.
  5. Bake: Fill the muffin cups with batter and bake for 20-25 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  6. Serve: Let cool slightly before serving. Enjoy warm or at room temperature.
