Thai Green Curry: A Spicy, Aromatic Delight
Thai Green Curry is a flavorful dish that combines coconut milk, green curry paste, and fresh vegetables. It's a perfect balance of spicy, sweet, and savory.
Ingredients:
- 2 tbsp green curry paste
 - 1 can coconut milk
 - 1 lb chicken breast, sliced
 - 1 red bell pepper, sliced
 - 1 zucchini, sliced
 - 1 cup green beans
 - 1 tbsp fish sauce
 - 1 tbsp brown sugar
 - Fresh basil leaves for garnish
 
Instructions:
- Cook Curry Paste: In a large pan, heat the curry paste over medium heat until fragrant.
 - Add Coconut Milk: Pour in the coconut milk, stirring to combine.
 - Cook Chicken: Add the chicken slices and cook until they are no longer pink.
 - Add Veggies: Stir in the bell pepper, zucchini, and green beans. Cook until vegetables are tender.
