Thai Green Curry: A Spicy, Aromatic Delight



Thai Green Curry is a flavorful dish that combines coconut milk, green curry paste, and fresh vegetables. It's a perfect balance of spicy, sweet, and savory.

Ingredients:

  • 2 tbsp green curry paste
  • 1 can coconut milk
  • 1 lb chicken breast, sliced
  • 1 red bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 zucchini, sliced
  • 1 cup green beans
  • 1 tbsp fish sauce
  • 1 tbsp brown sugar
  • Fresh basil leaves for garnish

Instructions:

  1. Cook Curry Paste: In a large pan, heat the curry paste over medium heat until fragrant.
  2. Add Coconut Milk: Pour in the coconut milk, stirring to combine.
  3. Cook Chicken: Add the chicken slices and cook until they are no longer pink.
  4. Add Veggies: Stir in the bell pepper, zucchini, and green beans. Cook until vegetables are tender.
  5. Season: Add fish sauce and brown sugar. Garnish with fresh basil leaves and serve with jasmine rice.
