Greek Salad: Fresh and Flavorful
A Greek Salad is a perfect side dish or light meal, bursting with the fresh flavors of tomatoes, cucumbers, olives, and feta cheese. It's a simple yet satisfying dish.
Ingredients:
- 4 tomatoes, chopped
 - 1 cucumber, sliced
 - 1 red onion, thinly sliced
 - 1 green bell pepper, sliced
 - 1/2 cup Kalamata olives
 - 1/4 cup olive oil
 - 2 tbsp red wine vinegar
 - 1 tsp dried oregano
 - 1 cup feta cheese, crumbled
 - Salt and pepper to taste
 
Instructions:
