A Greek Salad is a perfect side dish or light meal, bursting with the fresh flavors of tomatoes, cucumbers, olives, and feta cheese. It's a simple yet satisfying dish.

Ingredients:

  • 4 tomatoes, chopped
  • 1 cucumber, sliced
  • 1 red onion, thinly sliced
  • 1 green bell pepper, sliced
  • 1/2 cup Kalamata olives
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 2 tbsp red wine vinegar
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 1 cup feta cheese, crumbled
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

  1. Prep Vegetables: Combine the tomatoes, cucumber, onion, and bell pepper in a large bowl.
  2. Make Dressing: Whisk together the olive oil, red wine vinegar, oregano, salt, and pepper.
  3. Toss Salad: Pour the dressing over the vegetables and toss to coat.
