Ingredients:
- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, thinly sliced
- 1 cup broccoli florets
- 1 red bell pepper, sliced
- 1 carrot, julienned
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:
- Marinate the Chicken: In a bowl, combine the chicken slices with 1 tablespoon of soy sauce and cornstarch. Mix well and set aside for 10 minutes.
