How to make chocolate custard biscuit pudding

Ingredients:

  •  2 cups of hot milk (you can get fresh milk or milk powder)
  •  3 cups of condensed milk (fresh milk or milk powder can be taken)
  •  6 teaspoons of cornflour (corn flour)
  •  3 teaspoons of chocolate powder
  •  6 tablespoons of sugar
  •  A drop of vanilla
  •  300 grams of Marie Biscuits
  •  2 tablespoons butter (margarine is also available)


How to make:

  •  Put chocolate powder, cornflour, sugar and butter in a bowl and mix well.
  •  Add 3 cups of condensed milk and mix well.
  •  Now put the pot with the mixture on the stove and stir well over low heat.  Do not freeze.


  •  Slightly bubble the mixture and continue stirring until thickened.
  •  When it thickens like a cream, remove from the heat.
  •  Finally add a little vanilla.  Now the chocolate custard is done.
  •  Now soak the Marie biscuits in hot milk.  Do not soak too much.  Then the biscuits break.
  •  Take a suitable bowl and place Mari Biscuits soaked in milk at the bottom of it.
  •  Now top the biscuits with a layer of pre-made chocolate custard cream.
  •  Alternately add the Mari Biscuits and Chocolate Custard soaked in milk.
  •  Finally finish with a layer of chocolate custard.
  •  Now put in the fridge for 2-3 hours.


 important:

  •  If the custard cream freezes or thickens, add a little hot milk, mix well and season to taste.
  •  You can also grate cooking chocolate on top, garnish with cashew nuts and whipped cream.
