- teaspoons of grated coconut 2

How to make
- First, take a pot, put it in a pan, add oil, mustard seeds, curry leaves, and mustard seeds and let it simmer until it explodes.
- Then add some peanuts and let it fry.
- When the cashews are fried, add salt and raw chilies and fry them too.
- Then add the carrots and fish chilies.
- When it cools down, add the cabbage and cook for about 3 minutes.
- Add a pinch of salt.
- Then add garam masala, chili powder, and turmeric powder to this vegetable mixture.
- Now reduce the heat a little and add the cooked rice to the vegetable mixture and stir. At this time, add a little salt to taste.
- Once the rice is cooked, cover the pan with a lid and cook for about 3 minutes. After 3 minutes, open the lid and see that the rice is nicely colored.
