THUMBPRINT COOKIES

 Requirements:

  •  1 cup of unsalted butter (if the butter is in the fridge, use the butter to make the butter out of the fridge.)
  •  1/2 cup of sugar
  •  2 cups of regular bread flour (all-purpose flour)
  •  Cornstarch 3 tablespoons of cornstarch
  •  1 tbsp of vanilla (vanilla extract)
  •  1/4 cup of jam to taste

THUMBPRINT COOKIES

 How to make:

  •  Put the oven at 350 ° F and let it heat up before we can finish the work.  You can also put a tray in the oven, put a tray of oil on it, and set it aside.
  •  Open a bowl and pour the batter and sugar into it.  (Take a look at the photo below to see exactly how to beat it.)
  •  Then add the vanilla bread, corn starch, and stir well with a wooden spoon.
  •  Now make 1/4-inch balls out of this made-up mixture and keep the gap about an inch and a half across the top of the tray we prepared.
  •  Then you have to use the thumb and forefinger of your hand to tighten it to make a hole about 1 / 2th of an inch deep on top of that ball.  When you look at the photo, you can see how it works.
  •  Now we're going to make jam-filled cookies. We now have to fill jams to fill these cookies.  If you're thinking about using chocolate instead of chocolate, then don't fill jams!
  •  All we have to do is put the cookies in the oven and bake for 10-12 minutes.  But don't bake until the biscuits are brown!
  •  After baking, remove the cookies from the tray and freeze.
  •  If you like the twins, you can do more with these cookies.  that is all!  game over!
