HOW TO MAKE A PANEER FRIED RICE

Here's how to make a paneer-fried rice.  This is why it is called Paneer rice.  Paneer is a type of cheese.  Paneer is very popular in South Asian countries.  Previously we showed you how to make paneer at home cooking app.  Now you can make Paneer at home and try this rice one time.  And there are stories.  See how to make this rice, then.


 Requirements:

  •  Basmati rice 750g
  •  A small piece of ginger
  •  2-3 biscuits of minced garlic
  •  2-3 crushed cardamom (cardamom) seeds
  •  A piece of cinnamon bark
  •  1-2 cloves
  •  Rampage
  •  About 4-6 tablespoons of butter
  •  Dissolved in Chicken Stock or Chicken Cub
  •  1-2 chopped white onions
  •  Paneer 500g
  •  200g carrots cut into small boxes
  •  150g minced beans
  •  75g of chopped onion leaves
  •  Curry leaves
  •  Finely chopped country onion 1
  •  Salt (to taste)
  •  Pepper powder (to taste)
  •  Very few turmeric powder (optional only)


 How to make:

  •  First wash the basmati rice and drain it.
  •  Then add 2-3 tablespoons of butter to the rice cooker and turn on the rice cooker.
  •  When the butter has melted and melted, add the cardamom (cardamom), cinnamon bark, cloves and ramp and let it simmer.
  •  Now add the minced ginger and garlic to it and let it golden brown.
  •  Then add the washed rice, mix it well and stir it well for 2-3 minutes.
  •  Next, cook the rice in boiled water or chicken cubes until the rice is ripe enough.  (Don't eat rice berries)
  •  Add some salt to taste.
  •  While the rice is ripening, take the paneer from the fridge, break it into small boxes and put it into hot water and simmer for 2-3 minutes.
  •  Then filter the water and grind the paneer into small pieces.
  •  Now place a suitable bowl on the stove and add 2-3 tablespoons of butter to it.
  •  When the butter comes to a boil, add the curry leaves, chopped white onions and peanuts and simmer until the onions are soft.
  •  Add a little turmeric powder, salt and pepper to taste.
  •  Then add the carrots and beans and saute it slightly.
  •  Now add the powdered paneer to it and mix well and cook for about 2 minutes.
  •  Once the stove is removed, add the onion leaves to it.
  •  Once the rice is ripe, add the paneer mixture to it and mix well.


  •  important:
  •  You can decorate it with deep fried cashew nuts, raisins and mushrooms.
  •  You can also add leeks (instead of onion leaves), boiled green peas, bell peppers, etc.
  •  Do not add turmeric powder if you do not want the rice to turn yellow.
