HOW TO MAKE BURRITO

Burrito (Barrito) is a delicious Mexican dish.  Remember the recipe earlier in the cooking app called Tortilla (tortia), a Mexican recipe?  Today's recipe is another tasty toteia.

 There are many types of barito making.  Today we bring you a simple baritou recipe that is easy to make in the home.  You are free to add meats, vegetables, mayonnaise and cheese as you wish.  Also, since the baritos contain rice, chicken and cowpea, and no flavor or sauce is used for this recipe, this baritou is ideal for young children.

BURRITO

 Requirements:



  •  Toteia 4
  •  100 g of chicken (crushed)
  •  1/4 cup of rice (well washed and filtered)
  •  Cowpea Cup 1/4 (use well-boiled, or canned cowpea)
  •  1 onion (crushed)
  •  Bell peppers cup 1/4 (crushed)
  •  Tomatoes (1 sliced)
  •  1/4 cup of onion leaves
  •  1/2 cup of water
  •  1/2 teaspoon of salt
  •  1/2 teaspoon of pepper powder
  •  1/2 teaspoon of chili powder
  •  2 tablespoons of butter

 How to make:


  •  Let's fill the filling in first:
  •  In a saucepan, heat the butter and let it melt.
  •  Add the onion, bell peppers and saut  for about a minute.
  •  Add salt, pepper and chilli powder to the spoon and simmer for another minute.
  •  Add the chicken and mix well.
  •  Add the chicken and mix well and let it fry for a minute.
  •  Add rice to it and mix well with chicken mixture.
  •  Add water to it, close the lid and cook for about 10 minutes until the rice is ripe.
  •  Once the rice is cooked well, open the lid and add to it.
  •  Now let's make the barito:
  •  Put a pre-made totea on a plate.
  •  Place the filler in the center and spread the onion leaves over it.
  •  Roll the totem into the filling.
  •  Similarly to the other 3 baritos.
  •  game over.  Now it's time to serve.  Serve the burrito in hot water.  This delicious burrito can be eaten as you like or with a sauce of your choice, such as tomato sauce, chili sauce, hot sauce, or something like salsa and Mexican pickles.
